We stayed 2 nights and had such great time. Gianfranco made everything for all of us. Bedroom was upstairs. It was located in a beautiful area really close to the Rialto bridge as well as good restaurants,.

We spent a nice 4 days at San Gervasio Apartment. We liked the host.- The building where we stayed was lovely.- The location was magnificent, very central, and close to reasonably priced restaurants and the boat station.

We had a very comfortable stay in Venice not far from bus station, the canals, nice bars. We liked location, it was central. Private bathroom, quiet atmosphere.

The location is absolutely perfect close to nice bars, good supermarket, and several vaporetto lines, a vaporetto station, and the Rialto bridge, and the rooms are warm. It offers central heating, an iron and ironing board, and tea/coffee making equipment. The host, Gianfranco, makes you feel at home. It's a lovely apartment close to nice places;))

Stayed in an ancient building with free WiFi and AC. Ate in a historical building. Enjoyed a lovely balcony. Visited a palace near the property.

I just loved the unlimited mosquitoes in my room. So delightful!

Always choose to stay here, no regrets. Staff found my lost barrette on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly, has Wi-Fi, Dryer, Electric kettle, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils. Coming back for Christmas.

We arrived in Venice by ferry and our host, GianFranco, was waiting for us at the dock. He gave us valuable information about water taxis and even helped us arrange a transfer to the airport in the middle of the night. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The central location meant that we could easily walk to all the main attractions. our stay at San Gervasio Apartment was unforgettable and I highly recommend it for a perfect Venice vacation.

We had an amazing experience at San Gervasio! Gianfranco, our host, met us at the Zattere boat stop and warmly welcomed us to the apartment. He showed us around and gave us fantastic recommendations for things to do in the area. the apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, close to all the points of interest yet in a calm and beautiful area. We felt safe and enjoyed the convenience of having a bathroom on each floor. Gianfranco's hospitality and helpfulness made our trip even more memorable!

The location is perfect, just a 2 min. walk from the vaporetto stop and close to major tourist hotspots. the apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotless. There are 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning throughout was a major plus. the owner, Gianfranco, was super nice and even provided breakfast items and drinks. I would never go anywhere else in Venice now that I know this place.

Stayed in a charming 18th-century building with free WiFi and AC. Loved the dining area and balcony. It was like traveling back in time, but with modern conveniences.

Oh, how I adore it when I'm not informed about additional taxes and hidden cleaning charges. Such a delightful surprise!

Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee machine. I felt like a master chef creating culinary masterpieces in this charming kitchen.

Our host, GianFranco, was very welcoming and caring. Prior to our arrival, he directed us on the best way to get to the rental home. The rental home was beautiful and very well maintained. Location is very convenient to get to all the touristy places. It was our best stay experience!

We had a wonderful stay at San Gervasio. The host was friendly and helpful, even picking us up from the nearby boat stop. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a warm and cozy ambiance. The location was perfect, in a calm area with easy access to transportation. We loved being able to explore Venice and feel like temporary residents. Highly recommended!

Convenient location, close to Zattere Vaporetto stop. Spacious and clean ground floor apartment with two full bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Air conditioning throughout was a plus. Friendly owner met us at the Vaporetto stop and provided breakfast provisions. Excellent stay in Venice!
